Blade & Brow has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours before will be charged full price to the card on file. A no-show appointment will be held responsible for the amount due for the missed appointment & will be required to prepay for all future appointments. Continuous cancellations can result in prepayment being required.
You are responsible for full payment for ALL services scheduled & confirmed even if you change your mind at time of service.
All PMU clients will be prescreened. If you’ve had previous permanent makeup you will be required to schedule a consultation before scheduling a PMU service. Some clients will be in need of removal to move forward with PMU.
A nonrefundable deposit is required for PMU. Canceling less than 24 hours automatically forfeits your deposit & will result in full amount charged to your card on file. A new deposit will be required if you choose to reschedule.
Being late for your service may prevent enough time to perform your scheduled service. You may be denied service for lateness & will be charged for the missed appointment.
A credit card on file is required for all services. You are not required to pay for your services with that card.
