POLICIES

  • All sales are final.

  • Blade & Brow has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours before will be charged full price to the card on file. A no-show appointment will be held responsible for the amount due for the missed appointment & will be required to prepay for all future appointments. Continuous cancellations can result in prepayment being required.

  • You are responsible for full payment for ALL services scheduled & confirmed even if you change your mind at time of service. 

  • All PMU clients will be prescreened. If you’ve had previous permanent makeup you will be required to schedule a consultation before scheduling a PMU service. Some clients will be in need of removal to move forward with PMU. 

  • A nonrefundable deposit is required for PMU. Canceling less than 24 hours automatically forfeits your deposit & will result in full amount charged to your card on file. A new deposit will be required if you choose to reschedule.

  • Being late for your service may prevent enough time to perform your scheduled service. You may be denied service for lateness & will be charged for the missed appointment. 

  • A credit card on file is required for all services. You are not required to pay for your services with that card.
